Our Story

In 2008, Jodi Taylor Refosco, her husband, Joe Refosco, and her brother, Chad Taylor launched a new Deep Creek Lake vacation rental company. In 2014, they opened their real estate division. Jay Ferguson, a top-producing sales agent, joined them as a co-owner. With his leadership, they were able to attract experienced agents from around the area.

Soon after, Betsy Spiker Holcomb, also a successful sales agent, signed on as a co-owner of the real estate company. The team quickly expanded when Taylor-Made bought the Long & Foster Deep Creek branch in 2016. Many of those agents made the transition to this rapidly growing company known for innovation and community involvement.

Today, Taylor-Made Deep Creek Real Estate is proud to be the area’s trusted name in buying and selling homes. Our growth has never changed our roots. We are still driven by the same neighborly spirit, dedication to our clients, and love for Deep Creek Lake that inspired us from the start.
