Brody Monahan is a native of Garrett County. Raised minutes from Deep Creek Lake in Accident, MD, where he still resides with his high school sweetheart and now wife, Emily. Growing up, Brody watched his parents run a successful real estate business in and around Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County, which inspired him to want to do the same. Brody recalls that it was a family affair and witnessed first-hand the hard work and dedication it takes to be successful in real estate.

Brody attended Frostburg State University where he obtained a bachelor's degree in accounting with a concentration in Business Administration. He was eager to start his career and found success working in Corporate America for 5 years but then decided to pursue his passion for real estate and helping people. Brody has always enjoyed helping people and has proudly served as a volunteer at kid's fishing rodeos, local animal shelters, and with Operation Hero Support, which enables disabled veterans to experience hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors.
