Elizabeth Broadwater
Seeking to Serve, While Keeping Clients' Interests Preserved
Elizabeth Broadwater is a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving both Garrett and Allegany County in Maryland. With over a decade of experience in customer service across a variety of industries, she brings a strong commitment to personalized care, clear communication, and exceptional client support.
A Garrett County native, Elizabeth has deep roots in the community and a genuine appreciation for everything the area has to offer—from its scenic landscapes to its close-knit neighborhoods. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Education from Frostburg State University and has continued her studies in psychology and teaching. Her background in education and service has equipped her with the patience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills essential to guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process.
Before transitioning into real estate, Elizabeth worked in local restaurants and the public school system as a substitute teacher, building lasting connections and a reputation for reliability and care. Today, as a sales agent with Taylor-Made, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease.
When she’s not working with clients, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outdoors—whether at the lake, in the woods, or on her family farm—as well as traveling, reading, and taking on home improvement projects. Elizabeth is a volunteer at the local animal shelter, HART for Animals, and a member of the Garrett Co, Board of Realtors' Networking Committee.
Elizabeth is excited to help you navigate your real estate journey and is committed to making your experience both successful and enjoyable.
