Arrowhead Village Team Tour
In October 2023, the Taylor-Made real estate team visited Arrowhead Village. We enjoyed fall views and blue skies as we walked around the entire community and toured an active listing. Our team tours are always fun and educational giving us a chance to connect as a team to share knowledge and learn about local neighborhoods. The information we gain benefits our buyers and sellers in future transactions.
Here are just a few things we discussed while visiting Arrowhead Village:
- The common area is one of the best on the lake. Everyone enjoyed the parklike setting and some were surprised at how much space it offers. Arrowhead has a prime location but retains a lovely natural setting along the shoreline.
- Docks were out of the water, but we did review a dock map and discussed dock privileges.
- The pilot project to dredge Arrowhead Cove was discussed.
- Our photographer noted the spectacular sunrise view from the tip of the peninsula.
- We toured a listing, Arrowhead Village # 8, that was recently listed and sold by Jay Ferguson, Taylor-Made Co-Owner and Sales Agent.
