Fur Ball Online Auction benefitting HART for Animals – Our Fur Ball Online Auction, benefitting HART for Animals, is now in its fifth year. Featuring amazing items and travel experiences, the auction begins January 1, 2025, at 1:00 AM.

First Day Hike Hoye Crest Trail – First Day Hike to Maryland’s Highpoint at Hoye Crest! The hike is fairly strenuous – uphill the entire way. Meet at Hoye Crest Trailhead at noon on January 1.

January 1 at 10 AM at the Lake House All ages are welcome on this easy-to-moderate 1.5-mile hike on the Ice House Loop.
Four-Mile First Day Hike
January 1 @ 2 p.m. at the Lake House. Moderate-to-difficult 4-mile hike.
Deep Creek Lake State Park – First day hikes at 10 AM and 1 PM on January 1.
