Mountainside Team Tour
The August 8, 2023, Team Tour Tuesday explored the Mountainside community. With the goal of expanding our team’s knowledge of the area, we visited the clubhouse, pavilion, and tennis courts and also drove through the entire community.
Here are just a few Mountainside highlights.
Our agents noted many of the features that standout in Mountainside:
- The weather was lovely when we visited, and we enjoyed the view from the clubhouse deck.
- Many of our agents had not seen the inside of the clubhouse. They were impressed by the lovely gathering space as well as the storage space on the lower level. These are great selling points.
- You can’t beat the central location. Just about everything is within a five minute drive.
- We noticed the refurbished tennis courts.
- Our newer agents were happy to familiarize themselves with the numerous amenities.
- We received a thorough explanation of the different property classes and the associated dock privileges.
