Paradise Ridge and Heron Cove Team Tour
Our second August 2023 Team Tour Tuesday took us to The Ridge at Paradise Point (AKA Paradise Ridge) and Heron Cove. We enjoyed sunny summer weather as we explored these adjacent communities learning about the benefits of both. Our team tours new and seasoned agents the opportunity to share information about the beautiful areas around Deep Creek Lake.
Paradise Ridge
- We toured an active listing and saw the amazing views offered by many Paradise Ridge homes.
- Our team of Deep Creek Lake real estate agents learned about dock privileges and how they convey when a property is sold.
- Everyone loved the lakefront common area and its parklike setting.
Heron Cove
- As we walked the shoreline, we discussed the no-wake zone – a sought after feature that is ideal for swimming and fishing.
- It was noted that the common areas, paths, and tennis courts are vey well-kept.
- Some of our newer agents were not aware of how many sets of docks there are, and we visited each one. Being there in person makes an impression that may be useful in future transactions.
