Roman Ridge Team Tour
One of our July Team Tour Tuesdays took us to Roman Ridge at Trader’s Landing. Our team was onsite to learn more about the perks of this centrally located community.

Our agents noted many of the features that standout in Mountainside:
- We toured active listings and discussed the rental licensing process as it relates to the number of bedrooms.
- The location is ideal throughout all seasons. Plus, being able to walk to restaurants and shops in convenient for guests, second home owners, or full-time residents.
- New agents familiarized themselves with the common area as well as the storage spaces.
- We received a thorough explanation of the various floor plans that are available.
