Our contributions take many forms—from event sponsorships and fundraising efforts to hands-on volunteering—because we believe a thriving community depends on all of us working together.

Each spring and fall, you’ll find members of our team pitching in to clean up our four “adopted roads,” keeping them beautiful and litter-free. During the holiday season, our employees and sales agents come together to provide complete Thanksgiving dinners for families in need. Each organization and effort we support plays a vital role in making Garrett County and the Deep Creek Lake area a better place to live, work, and play, and we are honored to be part of their mission.

Supporting Local Events

In addition to our year-round community giving, we are proud to contribute to local events that make Garrett County such a vibrant and welcoming place for both residents and visitors. These celebrations and gatherings highlight the beauty, culture, and spirit of our area, and we’re honored to play a role in their success.

We support beloved traditions like the Autumn Glory Festival, the Fire on the Mountain Fireworks Display, Oakland’s Kick-off to Summer, Winter Fest in Oakland, StageWest, and the Deep Creek Lake Art, Wine, and Spirits Festival. We’ve also been part of milestone moments such as the Deep Creek Lake Centennial, and we are not afraid to “freeze for a reason” at the Deep Creek Dunk to benefit Maryland Special Olympics. By sponsoring and participating in these events, we help keep our local traditions strong and ensure they can be enjoyed for generations to come.
